Orange Awareness Campaign

I'm so proud of this gorgeous angel Darryl Anne Mooney for being brave and highlighting breast cancer by starting her own charity to help others to have choice in their treatment.
She has chosen to research a totally natural non invasive route to healing this disease and help others. To find out more and support, please visit the website www.orangeawarenesscampaign.com

Happy House, Kenya

Please join me in supporting Happy House, a children's home in Watamu, Kenya (UK registered charity Children of Watamu)
Currently home to 72 orphaned, abandoned, neglected or abused children, Happy House was opened in 2010 by earth angel Sue Hayward, where it provides its children with a family where they are safe and loved.
The Happy House depends on the kindness of others - those who fundraise, sponsor a child or support it in other ways. Every penny raised goes directly to help those for whom it is intended ... the children. Please visit the website and help the wonderful work Sue and team are doing.

Greenland Grove Animal Sanctuary

This wonderful animal sanctuary (which is just down the road from me) do great work looking after animals, relying totally on donations and volunteers. You can sponsor an animal or become a friend for a very small donation. Please click here
Thank you in advance xx

Ellie's Fund - Brain Tumour Trust

I was short listed for the National Women Inspiring Women Awards for 'Shining Online' in June 2013 however I lost out to Heather Othick who set up this charity after she lost her own little earth angel at only 14...
I know everything happens for a reason and am so glad she won as I am now a supporter of this charity.
Please help spread the word and support the good work that this charity is doing to support children and families going through this and raise awareness, the statistics on this are shocking.
You can help raise money too buy collecting empty wetwipe packets, all info is on the website under 'events' or visit the facebook page here

I love to offer my support to the Macmillian nurses who do such a wonderful job, they really are angels in disguise.
On 27th September, I will be donating my time and expertise at a local coffee morning (which is actually an all day event to raise awareness and funds to support this good work)

I am proud to say I completed this years Race For Life on 21st July 2013 with some girlfriends of mine.
Unfortunately, we all know someone who has either had cancer or lost their battle with it. My dad had cancer two years ago and thankfully he is ok now however I also know too many that were not as lucky as him.

Thank you to everyone who sponsered me!
