About Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah

Thank you for landing on this page to find out a little more about me, you are most welcome here.

I have been working professionally with people worldwide since 2008, but my own journey began long before that.

I was a highly sensitive child who felt things deeply and had an awareness I couldn’t explain to others. I felt different and experienced this strong connection to something greater than myself. I had a deep inner knowing that I was here for a reason ~ I just didn't know what that reason was.

When I was around four or five, I had an experience I've always described as an awakening. I remember suddenly becoming intensely aware that I was here ~ back in a body, living this human life and I was excited. For a brief time, I felt profound love and felt connected to everything. I got out of bed and tried to share with my mum, but of course I didn't have the language to make sense of something like that at such a young age!

The energy moved and much of that awareness faded as I grew up, but the questions that came from it didn't.

Who am I? Why am I here? What am I here to do?

There was a deep desire in me to understand. I wanted to learn, I wanted to grow and I wanted to make a difference.

That became a lifelong quest.

It has taken me down so many different paths and into decades of personal and spiritual development ~ continually exploring, questioning and discovering more about myself and the meaning of life.

Long before I ever became a coach, I found myself encouraging and inspiring people, sharing what I'd learned and somehow finding the words that helped them see something differently. It felt obvious to me. People would often open up to me and tell me things they didn't normally tell others. Being able to help someone lit me up. It still does.

Looking back, I can see that so much of who I am and what matters to me now was already there:

A desire to understand deeply.

A heart that just wants to love.

A longing to use what I discover to make a positive difference in the world.

In many ways, the work I do today is an integral part of who I am. And I'm still learning.

Spiritual beings having a human experience

My own experience of life has been anything but easy at times. I've been through intense periods of feeling disconnected, lost and depressed. I've suffered addictions, overwhelming fear, difficult relationships, financial challenges, enormous self-doubt and times when life felt as though it was falling apart ~ and I was too.

Part of being human is experiencing the whole range of emotions ~ love and joy, fear and pain, connection and disconnection, moments when we feel completely alive and others when we can barely find ourselves.

Life happens to us. Experiences shape us. We form identities, beliefs about ourselves and the world. We learn ways to protect ourselves and navigate what we don't always know how to handle.

I've known what it is to feel such a strong sense of purpose while simultaneously being terrified of fully stepping into it.

Although I've also experienced extraordinary periods of overflowing love, joy, inspiration, aliveness and connection to God and life itself ~ I’ve also come up against crippling fear and overwhelming resistance in myself.

For years, some of my deepest fears were around being seen. Being criticised. Getting it wrong. Not being good enough. Not knowing enough. Failing.

So I hid. Then I'd step forward with a powerful desire to do or share something more, and then I'd hide again. I know we are spiritual beings and I knew I was more than whatever I was experiencing.

So I kept searching. I kept questioning. I kept growing.

I've immersed myself in an enormous range of approaches to spirituality, personal development, healing, coaching and human transformation. Not because I wanted to collect qualifications.

I wanted to understand.

Myself. Life. Why we suffer. Why we get stuck. What creates meaningful change. And what becomes possible when we stop believing the lies we tell ourselves and begin remembering who the fuck we truly are ~ spiritual beings having a human experience.

Taking the leap

In 2007, I made a decision that looked crazy to pretty much everyone around me but never felt more right to me. I left the security of a paid job and committed myself fully to a completely different path.

I spent the next year in professional coach training with The Coaching Academy, qualifying in Personal Life Coaching and as an NLP Practitioner, alongside many further trainings and development. In 2008, I began Inspirit Coaching and started taking my first steps into working professionally with others.

Did I have a perfectly mapped-out business plan? Absolutely not. I barely had a clue what I was doing in business. What I did have was an incredibly strong sense and knowing that this was the work I was meant to do.

I didn’t know where I was heading but I was on the way there.

As I started coaching my early clients, I began recognising some of the same characteristics again and again.

Highly sensitive. Feeling different, or as though something was wrong with them. Struggling with relationships or addictions. A strong sense of purpose, even though they couldn't necessarily explain what that purpose was. And often a deep desire to help other people, animals or the world in some meaningful way.

I recognised it.

Years earlier, I'd come across Doreen Virtue's books about the different realms of Earth Angels. They had resonated deeply with me because I'd recognised myself in so many of the descriptions ~ and now I was recognising many of those same characteristics in the people I was coaching.

My early clients had no idea about the concept of Earth Angels, but I knew what I was seeing. I wanted to help them understand themselves and their lives in a different way.

It felt important.

The Earth Angel legacy

A huge part of my life and work ~ and one I will always hold close to my heart ~ has been my work with Earth Angels.

I created a free report based on Doreen's books called Calling All Earth Angels, which I later updated extensively after completing her Realm Reader Course.

I wanted to help people recognise themselves and make sense of some of the challenges they'd experienced. I wanted them to understand that their sensitivity could be a gift, that the deeper sense of purpose they felt was real, that they weren't alone and, ultimately, to wake up to more of who they truly were and the difference they could make in the world.

I created a Facebook group and started sharing. I posted, replied to messages and connected with people who were recognising themselves in what I was talking about.

People were resonating.

One of my early YouTube videos was called Embracing My Fear & Sharing My Vulnerabilities. I recorded it, after hearing something that stayed with me:

“Someone may have heard a message a hundred times, but until they hear it from you, in the way only you can say it, it won’t land”

Something about that landed deeply in me.

I knew I had to share this.

And it grew organically. More than 15,000 people went on to request Calling All Earth Angels. My Earth Angel Facebook community grew to over 17,000 members, and my first video sharing the characteristics of Earth Angels, What Is an Earth Angel and Are You One?, has been viewed more than 70,000 times. Some of those old videos remain online and people still find those teachings today.

By 2014, my life looked very different. I was raising two young children, the facebook community had grown enormously and the way I wanted to support people was evolving too.

I created Earth Angel Sanctuary, an online membership community where I could bring much more of what I was sharing into one place ~ videos and teachings, energy-clearing work, live support and many of the things I found myself explaining to people again and again. A huge part of it was about empowerment too ~ sharing tools and practices people could use for themselves, so they could learn to trust their own inner wisdom rather than always looking outside themselves for answers, In many ways, it gave me a way to be “Inspirit” with people even when we weren't physically together ~ somewhere they could come to feel supported, understood and less alone.

And yet the desire to reach further never completely left me.

So in 2018, I did something else that terrified and excited me:

I applied for Big Brother UK and got an audition.

Not because I'd suddenly developed a burning ambition to become a reality television star… I saw the possibility of reaching an audience far beyond my own community. I imagined the conversations I could have, the people watching who might hear something they needed to hear, and the opportunity to bring ideas I'd been talking about for years into a much bigger conversation.

I didn't make it into the house ~ and, if I'm truthful, part of me was enormously relieved.

Around that same time, my Earth Angel work attracted the attention of national media. I was featured in the Daily Mail Femail Section and subsequently invited onto ITV's This Morning to talk about Earth Angels.

I was excited yet terrified again. People already thought I was crazy.

But I did it anyway.

There was something much bigger than my fear driving me: It didn't feel as though it was about me. It was about reaching people. Sharing what I believed could help. Making a difference.

After appearing on This Morning, something shifted. I remember feeling as though I had completed something ~ that the particular mission I'd felt so strongly around waking people up to the idea of Earth Angels had reached its natural culmination.

What I didn't know was what came next. And, in a pattern I can recognise much more clearly now, I retreated.

I largely stopped sharing publicly and continued working more quietly within my existing community. Earth Angel Sanctuary eventually evolved into Soul Circle ~ a smaller, more intimate space where the work became increasingly personal, emotional and spiritual. We met regularly for live calls, teachings, deeper conversations and ongoing support.

That community continued for several more years before eventually coming to a natural close at the beginning of 2024.

It was a wonderful chapter of my life and work. And perhaps one of the loveliest parts of its legacy is the ripple effect it created ~ and the fact that some of the people who first came into my world through those communities remain dear friends and part of my life today.

Somewhere along the way, I Lost myself

For years, so much of my sense of purpose had been tied to helping others and making a difference in the world.

Then life changed.

My relationship with my children's father ended and I became a single mum to two young children. Not long afterwards, I stepped into one of the most visible moments of my life, appearing on national television ~ while privately navigating enormous change of my own.

Then, after years of feeling so certain about the mission behind my Earth Angel work, that chapter felt complete.

And I didn't know what came next.

I continued working, learning and growing, but I also pulled back. Without that powerful sense of purpose driving me forward, some of my old fears became louder and being visible began to feel harder.

For so long I'd been focused on helping, supporting and making a difference to other people that somewhere along the way, I'd lost connection with myself. So the next part of my journey became less about searching for another mission and more about going deeper within myself.

I kept coming back to the questions that had been with me since I was little:

Who am I, really?

Beneath the fears, beliefs, identities and everything I've learned to be?

And perhaps the biggest shift of all has been realising that my journey hasn't simply been about learning how to help other people.

It's also been about coming home to myself ~ and creating from who I really am.

AT OUR ESSENCE, WE ARE ALREADY WHOLE

In many ways, I feel as though I've come full circle.

As a child, I had an awareness that we were more than these human bodies and the lives we were living. I couldn't have explained it then. After decades of searching, questioning, learning, healing, getting lost and finding my way back to myself, there are some things I simply know more deeply now.

I know we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

I know that being human can be messy. We experience fear, pain, loss, self-doubt and all kinds of beliefs about who we are and who we should be. We can lose connection with ourselves. We can forget.

But none of that changes our essence.

At our deepest level, I know we are already whole. Already worthy. Already loved.

My faith in God and my spirituality are deeply woven into how I understand life and how I see people. I believe our lives have meaning. I believe there is purpose in what we experience, even when we can't see it at the time. I believe we are far more than the identities and stories we accumulate through being human.

And deep within me, I know that ultimately we return home to God.

That doesn't mean bypassing the human experience. Quite the opposite. For me, it's about being fully human while remembering there is more to us than whatever we're experiencing right now.

And that understanding influences the way I meet people. I can see the fear, the struggle and the places someone may have lost connection with themselves ~ but I can also see beyond them.

I see possibility. I see different perspectives. I see the person underneath everything they've learned to believe about themselves.

You don't have to share all of my spiritual beliefs to work with me.

But if something in what I've shared resonates with you, there's probably a reason you're still here.

What it's like to work with me

No matter how I work with you, I bring all of me to it.

I create a safe space, hold presence, listen deeply, ask questions and notice patterns. I work intuitively and energetically, and can hold different perspectives at once ~ what you’re experiencing right now, what may be happening beneath it, the bigger picture and possibilities you may not yet be able to see.

Depending on what you need, I might coach you powerfully, offer guidance and insight, help you get practical and strategic, or create space for something deeper or more tender to be felt, explored and worked through.

My work is deeply individual. I want to understand you, what matters to you and how I can best support you. Particularly when we work together over time, we’ll co-create the relationship ~ getting clear not only on what you want to create or change, but on how you want me to work alongside you, whether that’s through challenge, accountability, encouragement, space to explore, or adapting as you and the work evolve.

I see you in your wholeness, no matter what we work through.

I’ll meet you with presence and an open heart, while bringing all of my experience, skills and insight to help you access more of your own wisdom, power and possibility. You are not broken and someone who needs fixing.

Sometimes we'll go deep. Sometimes we'll get really practical and strategic. Sometimes we'll laugh. Whatever we're working with, I'll meet you where you are and bring everything I have to supporting where you want to go. And if you're wondering where to begin, the best place to start is with a Complimentary Clarity Session.

Whatever arises, I’ll meet you there.

What matters most to me

Love. Joy. Freedom. Connection. Contribution.

These are the five core values I strive to live my life by.

Love is at the heart of who I am. My love of God, Yeshua and my spiritual connection are deeply important to me, as is my love of humanity and the people in my life. I genuinely love people. I love seeing them, encouraging them, supporting them and helping them recognise more of their own worth, wisdom and possibility. For me, love isn't only something we feel ~ it's something we get to express through the way we live and the way we meet one another.

Joy matters enormously to me. I love feeling alive, laughing, dancing, being playful and finding joy in the seemingly ordinary moments of life. And one of the things that brings me the greatest joy is supporting another person powerfully ~ seeing something shift, watching someone light up, inspiring them or helping them see themselves or their life differently. That genuinely lights me up.

Freedom for me is the freedom to choose my essence. The freedom to be myself, to follow what feels true for me and to create a life that reflects who I am rather than simply living according to what I think I should do. It's also something I love helping other people discover ~ greater freedom to trust themselves, follow their own intuition and wisdom, and create more of what they genuinely want.

Connection has always mattered deeply to me. I love real conversations, being fully present with someone and those moments when we move beyond the surface and genuinely see one another. I feel deeply connected to God, to nature and to something greater than myself, and I treasure those moments of real connection with the people in my life and the people I work with.

Contribution has been a deep desire running through my life for as long as I can remember. I've always wanted my life to make a difference in some way. What I love is that the difference we make rarely stops with one person. When something changes within us, it can ripple out into our relationships, our families, our work and even into lives we may never know we've touched.

And when I'm not doing this...

I'm also just Sarah.

I'm a mum to two teenagers and live on the Essex coast. I love deeply my family and friends. I love music, singing, dancing, sunsets, stars, being in nature, creativity, finding ridiculous bargains in charity shops and walking with George, my Labrador.

I'm deeply spiritual and extremely down to earth. I can be having a profound conversation about life, God and the nature of the universe one minute, and laughing at something completely ridiculous the next. I laugh at myself a lot too ~ taking myself too seriously has never really been one of my strengths.

There are many different sides to me. I can be deep, reflective, wise and intensely present, and I can be playful, expressive, excitable and occasionally completely bonkers.

It's all me. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

And now, back to you

If you've made it all the way down here, firstly ~ thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

I've shared so much of my story because I believe the people we choose to work with matter. Connection matters to me, and I want you to have a real sense of who I am, what I stand for and the person you'll be working with.

And if something you've read here has resonated with you ~ if there's a sense of “yes, I think Sarah might be my person” ~ I'd love to connect with you.
