About Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah
You are welcome here and thank you for landing on this page to find out a little more about me.
I've been working professionally with people worldwide since 2008, but my own journey began long before that.
I was a highly sensitive child who felt things deeply. I often felt different, sensed things I couldn't explain and experienced a strong connection to something greater than myself. I also had a deep inner knowing that I was here for a reason ~ I just didn't know what that reason was.
When I was around four or five, I had an experience I've always described as an awakening. I remember suddenly becoming intensely aware that I was here ~ back in a body, living this human life. For a brief time, I felt profoundly connected to everything and to God. I tried to explain it to my mum, but of course I didn't have the language to make sense of something like that at such a young age.
Much of that awareness faded as I grew up, but the questions didn't.
Who am I? Why am I here? What am I here to do?
There was a pull in me to understand. I wanted to learn, to question, to search and somehow make sense of what I could feel but couldn't explain. I wanted to make a difference.
That became a lifelong quest.
It has taken me down so many different paths and into decades of personal and spiritual development ~ learning, exploring, experiencing, questioning and continually discovering more about myself, life and what it means to be human.
Long before I ever became a coach, I found myself encouraging and inspiring people, sharing what I'd learned and somehow finding the words that helped them see something differently. People would often open up to me and tell me things they didn't normally tell others. Being able to help someone in that way lit me up. It still does.
Looking back, I can see that so much of who I am and what matters to me was already there:
A desire to understand deeply.
A heart that just wants to love.
And a longing to use what I learn to make a difference in the world.
In many ways, the work I do today has grown from all three.
And I'm still learning.
Spiritual
My own journey has taken me through periods of feeling lost, disconnected and out of place, alongside depression, addiction, difficult relationships, financial challenges, enormous self-doubt and times when life felt as though it was falling apart.
I've also known what it is to feel a strong sense of purpose while simultaneously being terrified of fully stepping into it.
For years, some of my deepest fears were around being seen. Being criticised. Getting it wrong. Not being good enough. Not knowing enough. Failing.
So I hid.
Then I'd step forward.
Then I'd hide again.
But my life hasn't only been made up of the difficult parts. I've also experienced extraordinary periods of joy, connection, inspiration and aliveness ~ times when I've felt deeply connected to myself, to God and to life.
And somewhere through all of that, I kept learning.
I studied. I healed. I questioned. I invested in myself. I followed what resonated and let go of what didn't. Over the decades, I've immersed an enormous range of approaches to spirituality, personal development, healing, coaching and human transformation.
Not because I wanted to collect qualifications.
I wanted to understand.
Myself. Other people. Why we suffer. Why we get stuck. What creates meaningful change. And what becomes possible when we stop believing we need to become somebody else and begin reconnecting with who we already are.
Taking the leap
In 2008, I made a decision that looked mad to pretty much everyone around me. I left the security of the work I'd been doing and committed myself fully to a completely different path.
I spent the next year immersed in professional coach training with The Coaching Academy, qualifying in Personal Life Coaching and as an NLP Practitioner, alongside further training and development. At the same time, I began building my business and taking my first steps into working professionally with others.
Did I have a perfectly mapped-out business plan? Absolutely not. I barely had a clue what I was doing. What I did have was an incredibly strong sense that this was the work I was meant to do — and I was terrified.
I could see a much bigger vision for what I wanted to do: speaking, teaching, reaching thousands of people and making a difference. But actually allowing myself to be seen was another matter entirely.
One of my earliest YouTube videos was called Embracing My Fear. I recorded it after hearing something that stayed with me:
Someone may have heard a message a hundred times before, but sometimes they need to hear it from you, in the way only you can say it.
Something about that landed deeply. I realised I didn't need to wait until I stopped being afraid before I allowed myself to be seen.
So I started sharing what I knew.
The Earth Angel legacy
A huge part of my life and work ~ and one I will always hold close to my heart ~ has been my work with Earth Angels.
Years earlier, I'd come across books on the different realms of Earth Angels by Doreen Virtue, that had resonated deeply with me. In fact, I'd recognised myself in so many of the descriptions that I'd almost dismissed the whole thing.
Then, as I began coaching people, I started recognising those same characteristics again and again: highly sensitive, intuitive people who often felt different or as though they didn't quite belong; people with a deep desire to help others, animals or the world; and people with a strong sense of purpose they couldn't necessarily explain.
They had no idea of the concept of Earth Angels.
But I knew exactly what I was seeing.
So I created a free report based on Doreen’s books, called Calling All Earth Angels ~ a call out to the world, which I updated several times after completing her Realm Reader Course.
I wanted to help people recognise themselves and make sense of some of the challenges they'd experienced. I wanted them to understand that their sensitivity didn't have to be meaningless, to reconnect with that deeper sense of purpose and, ultimately, to wake up to more of who they were and the difference they could make in the world.
More than 15,000 people went on to request that report. My Earth Angel Facebook community grew to more than 18,000 members, and my video, What Is an Earth Angel and Are You One?, has been viewed more than 70,000 times. People still sometimes find those teachings today.
In 2014, I created Earth Angel Sanctuary, a membership community where I shared hundreds of videos and teachings, energy-clearing work, live calls and ongoing support. Around five years later, it evolved into Soul Circle, creating space for deeper personal, emotional and spiritual work together.
But the desire to reach people never really left me.
In 2018, I did something else that terrified me: I applied for Big Brother.
Not because I'd suddenly developed a burning ambition to become a reality television star. 😂 I saw the possibility of reaching an audience far beyond my own community. I imagined the conversations I could have, the people watching who might hear something they needed to hear, and the opportunity to bring ideas I'd been talking about for years into a much bigger conversation.
I didn't make it into the house — and, if I'm truthful, part of me was enormously relieved.
But something else happened.
Around that same time, my Earth Angel work attracted the attention of national media. I was featured in the Daily Mail and subsequently invited onto ITV's This Morning to talk about Earth Angels.
I was terrified.
And I did it anyway.
There was something much bigger than my fear driving me: it didn't feel as though it was about me. It was about reaching people. Sharing what I believed could help. Making a difference.
After appearing on This Morning, something shifted. I remember feeling as though I had completed something — that the particular mission I'd felt so strongly around waking people up to the idea of Earth Angels had reached its natural culmination.
What I didn't know was what came next.
So, in a pattern I can recognise much more clearly now, I retreated.
I largely stopped sharing publicly and continued working more quietly within my existing community. Soul Circle continued for several more years, eventually coming to a natural close in 2024.
It was a wonderful chapter of my life and work. And perhaps one of the loveliest parts of its legacy is that some of the people who first came into my world through those communities remain dear friends and part of my life today.
Somewhere along the way, I Loss myself
For years, so much of my sense of purpose had been tied to helping other people and making a difference in the world.
Then life changed.
My relationship with my children's father ended and I became a single mum to two young children. Not long afterwards, I stepped into one of the most visible moments of my life, appearing on national television ~ while privately navigating enormous change of my own.
Then, after years of feeling so certain about the mission behind my Earth Angel work, that chapter felt complete.
And I didn't know what came next.
I continued working, learning and growing, but I also pulled back. Without that powerful sense of purpose driving me forward, some of my old fears became louder and being visible began to feel harder.
For so long I'd been focused on helping, supporting and making a difference to other people that somewhere along the way, I'd lost connection with myself.
So the next part of my journey became less about searching for another mission and more about going deeper within myself.
I kept coming back to the questions that had been with me since I was little:
Who am I, really? Beneath the fears, beliefs, identities and everything I've learned to be?
And perhaps the biggest shift of all has been realising that my journey hasn't simply been about learning how to help other people.
It's also been about coming home to myself ~ and stepping into who I really am.
AT OUR ESSENCE, WE ARE ALREADY WHOLE
In many ways, I feel as though I've come full circle.
As a child, I had an awareness that we were more than these human bodies and the lives we were living. I couldn't have explained it then. After decades of searching, questioning, learning, healing, getting lost and finding my way back to myself, there are some things I simply know more deeply now.
I know we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
I know that being human can be messy. We experience fear, pain, loss, self-doubt and all kinds of beliefs about who we are and who we should be. We can lose connection with ourselves. We can forget.
But none of that changes our essence.
At our deepest level, I know we are already whole. Already worthy. Already loved.
My faith in God and my spirituality are deeply woven into how I understand life and how I see people. I believe our lives have meaning. I believe there is purpose in what we experience, even when we can't see it at the time. I believe we are far more than the identities and stories we accumulate through being human. And deep within me, I know that ultimately we return home to God
That doesn't mean bypassing the human experience. Quite the opposite. For me, it's about being fully human while remembering there is more to us than whatever we're experiencing right now.
And that understanding influences the way I meet people. I can see the fear, the struggle and the places someone may have lost connection with themselves ~ but I can also see beyond them.
I see possibility. I see different perspectives. I see the person underneath everything they've learned to believe about themselves.
And increasingly, I want my work and my life to come from that place.
You don't have to share all of my spiritual beliefs to work with me.
But if something in what I've shared resonates with you, there's probably a reason you're still here
What it's like to work with me
Connection is incredibly important to me. I want to understand you and fully support you in whatever way we’re working together.
I bring my whole presence. I listen deeply, ask questions, notice patterns and energy, see different perspectives and meet you exactly where you are.
I can be deeply gentle and hold sacred space when something needs to be felt, healed and integrated. I can also be a powerful coach — questioning, challenging and inspiring you, helping you access your own innate wisdom, see possibilities you couldn’t see before and move towards what you genuinely want.
Sometimes we’ll go deep. Sometimes we’ll laugh. Sometimes I’ll say something that completely changes the way you’re looking at something. And sometimes I’ll simply create enough space and safety for you to hear what you already know.

What matters most to me
Love. Joy. Freedom. Connection. Contribution.
These are the values I want to live my life by.
Love and connection are at the heart of so much of what matters to me ~ truly seeing people, connecting deeply and helping someone recognise more of their own worth, wisdom and possibility.
Freedom and joy matter enormously to me too. I want to live fully, to feel alive, to follow what genuinely matters to me rather than simply what I think I should do ~ and I love supporting other people to discover what that looks like for them.
And contribution has been a thread running through my life for as long as I can remember. I've always loved the idea that what happens between two people doesn't necessarily stop with those two people. When something changes within one of us, it can ripple out into our relationships, our families, our work and into lives we may never even know we've touched.
And when I'm not doing this...
I'm also just Sarah.
I'm a mum to two teenagers and live on the Essex coast. I love my family and friends, music, dancing, nature, creativity, finding ridiculous bargains in charity shops, and walking and playing with George, my Labrador.
I'm deeply spiritual and extremely down to earth. I can be having a profound conversation about life, God and the nature of the universe one minute, and laughing at something completely ridiculous the next. I laugh at myself a lot too ~ taking myself too seriously has never really been one of my strengths.
There are many different sides to me. I can be deep, reflective and intensely present, and I can be playful, expressive, excitable and occasionally completely ridiculous.
It's all me. And I wouldn't want it any other way.
And now, back to you
If you've made it all the way down here, firstly ~ thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
I've shared so much of my story because I believe the people we choose to work with matter. Connection matters to me, and I want you to have a real sense of who I am, what I stand for and the person you'll be working with.
And if something you've read here has resonated with you ~ if there's a sense of “yes, I think Sarah might be my person” ~ I'd love to connect with you.
If you'd simply like to meet me, have a chat and explore how I might be able to support you, you can book a Connection & Consultation Call.
Or, if you're ready to go a little deeper and experience being coached by me, you can book a Complimentary Clarity Session.
Either way, I'd love to meet you.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves ~ Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
